Space flight has many advocates doing very important work to achieve the same goals we seek. The Planetary Society, the National Space Society, hobbyspace.com are just a few that one thinks of quickly. If there wasn't a clear groundswell of space advocacy going on RIGHT NOW, we would remain only an intellectual idea in a desk drawer. "We" wouldn't be, actually.

What ACCESS proposes is to be allowed to help all the existing groups working for space development.

We do not want anybody to change anything they're doing if they don't want to. Period. It's all good, what we want to do is amass the funding to help everybody else do their part to make us all space-faring.

To pull this whole thing off, we need all the existing groups to sign up as ACCESS Affiliates.

Help us make the case with our fellow Americans, for your favorite reasons. It's all good, ACCESS likes what you like. ACCESS just doesn't like it when space visionairies argue all the time to no purpose.

Future Affiliates, an Affiliate agreement with ACCESS should always be a sweet deal for both groups.We deal in win-win activities, that's what we are, that's what we do. We want to grow the membership of every single one of our Affiliates, and we're not just looking for piddly little 5% ~ 10% growth.

All the Affiliate agreement really requires is an endorsement of the overall goal of making us all space-faring, and enough trust in ACCESS to disburse the funds equitably and as promised.

There is a lot to talk about, but the message here is simple: ACCESS is here to help, we want to grow your paid membership, your influence, your projects, your contributions. We want to give you money, but to get the money in the first place, we need everybody under the tent.

We need to present a reasonably unified front to those who don't "get it". ACCESS wants to achieve that united front ASAP. If we get that solidarity, we can move millions of Americans towards "getting it".

That's right, this is a call to arms. Let's gather our Armies of Space Geeks and gang up on our fellow citizens for their own good. :-)
