Affiliate Agreement

To become an ACCESS Affiliate, just send us an email stating that your organization has made the following official resolution. We will need to verify the authenticity and authority of your email; alternatively, send us a snail mail on official letterhead. We will need at least one official contact person's email as well. (We simply need to make sure you are who you say you are.)

The following can be adapted as required; all authenticated agreements we receive will be read and approved by 'spacester', the primary founder of ACCESS. Feel free to adapt the text as required for your organization, if your modifications are deemed to be too major, we will negotiate, but that seems unlikely as the terms are quite general and benign as they are. Most likely your changes, if any, will be just fine.

FORMAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN ACCESS AND _____________________

RESOLVED:

1. We support ACCESS in its efforts to speed up space development by actualizing a massive shift in the public consciousness in favor of space development.

2. We stand beside our fellow space advocates - our fellow ACCESS Affiliates - in a formal yet flexible affiliation, fully aware that our fellow Affiliates may call for drastically different approaches. We agree to disagree and to keep our debates productive. We understand that the culture of ACCESS is that of diplomacy.

3. We will adhere to the pursuit of the ideal of Mutual Support. Our support for ACCESS consists solely of the above resolutions and any specially agreed upon arrangements fully and formally approved by the controlling votes of the organizations involved. ACCESS agrees to support us in accordance with the by-laws of ACCESS, primarily financial aid as stipulated in the ACCESS Charter, as well as the conditions of any specially agreed upon arrangements just mentioned.
